Burgh is on the left side of town, and he runs up the alleyway. Iris stays with Bianca and tells you to follow the Grunt. A Team Plasma Grunt shows up but leaves immediately upon seeing Burgh. Team Plasma apparently stole Bianca's Munna and she is upset about it. When you get there, you'll see Burgh, Bianca, and a girl named Iris. Prime Pier is the one to the left of the Pokémon Center. He asks you to follow him to Prime Pier as Team Plasma has shown up. He then leaves, with Burgh coming out right behind him. Cheren will come out of the Gym saying he just defeated Burgh. Head back to the left side of the city and try to enter the Gym. The scientist on the first floor will give you an Eviolite if you have seen at least 25 Pokémon in your Pokédex.

Head back outside and go to the other building on the right side above the one you were in. On the 47th floor is a woman who will give you TM45 ( Attract). The guard by the elevator will let you through after a quick inspection. On the street that leads to Route 4, go into the bottom building on the right side.

However, it can't be ridden until you've beaten the main story. You can head down to the dock below the Pokémon Center, and you'll see a cruise ship dock for the Royal Unova. The Hiker on the 11th floor will give you TM44 ( Rest) if you talk to him. The woman there will massage one of your Pokémon, which will make it more friendly toward you. Go to the building across the street from the Game Freak building.

If you go up to the 22nd floor of the building you can meet the Game Freak employees. By listening to the story it'll register Zorua in your Pokédex. Talk to the little girl in the lobby and she'll be reading a book to the boy nearby. On the right side is the Game Freak building. Go down Castelia Street, the alleyway directly east of the Pokémon Center.
